Concord is the part of Vaughan around the Highway 400 and 407 interchange, and it is changing faster than anywhere else in the city. The Vaughan Metropolitan Centre, planned as the city’s downtown, took off when the Line 1 subway extension opened in 2017; office towers, a transit hub and a wall of condo buildings have followed, with more under construction.

For buyers, Concord means a new condo on the subway at a price below downtown Toronto, or an older detached home or townhome in the residential pockets south of Highway 7. Employment is everywhere here: the 400 corridor is one of the region’s biggest job clusters, and our own office is on Jane Street just north of Highway 7.

Why people choose Concord

  • Condos and rental towers around VMC; older detached and townhomes in the residential pockets
  • Subway to Union in about 45 minutes
  • Employment hub: offices, logistics and retail along Highway 7 and Jane Street
  • Our office is here: 9100 Jane Street, Building L
