A growing share of our clients sell in Toronto or York Region and buy beyond the GTA: north to Barrie and the Lake Simcoe shoreline, west to Hamilton, or south-west to St. Catharines and Niagara. Each region offers more house for the money, and each has GO service back to the city for the days you need it.
We list and sell in these areas ourselves rather than referring you out, so the process is the same as it is in Vaughan. The guides below cover the communities we work in most.
Why people choose Beyond the GTA
- Waterfront and cottage-country living on Lake Simcoe
- Hamilton's century homes and escarpment waterfalls
- Niagara wine country, Brock University and the Falls
- GO train and bus links back to Toronto from each region

Do you actually work outside the GTA?
Yes. We list and sell in Barrie, Innisfil, Hamilton, St. Catharines and Niagara Falls directly.
Can I commute to Toronto from these areas?
Barrie has two GO stations on the Barrie line; Hamilton, St. Catharines and Niagara Falls are on the Lakeshore West line. Trips run from one to two hours, so most residents commute a few days a week or work locally.
Which area gives the most space for the money?
It shifts with the market. We will run current comparables for the size and type of home you want.
